In our kitchen the ethos is simple; focus on the fundamentals, reimagine classics and refine familiar flavours. Premium quality begins with incredible produce - we intentionally source local and international ingredients, directly supporting Australian farmers, suppliers and small businesses.

Inspired by the Australian expression that says more than it lets on. It's the quiet nod of approval you give when something is suprisingly good.

We recommend at least 3–5 days for most orders. For larger orders or special occasions, the more notice the better — get in touch and we'll work it out.Do you take custom orders?
Yes. If you have something specific in mind — a flavour, a quantity, an occasion — send us a message and we'll let you know what's possible.Where do you deliver?
We offer local delivery to the Sutherland Shire, NSW. Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $10 per order.I live outside the Sutherland Shire, can you deliver to me?
We are working hard to expand our delivery capabilities. In some cases orders can be dispatched by a professional courier. Please reach out to discuss further.Can I pick up my order in person?
Orders can be collected on a set day/time each week from our production kitchen in the Sutherland Shire. Click & collect will be available at our regular market pop-ups. Follow our instagram for updates.How is everything packaged?
All orders are packaged to travel. Chocolates and slices are packed to maintain their integrity in transit — we won't send something we're not confident will arrive in good shape.Do you cater for dietary requirements?

DELIVERY & RETURNSDELIVERY
We offer local delivery to residents and businesses in the Sutherland Shire, NSW Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $10 per order.Orders outside of the Sutherland Shire are dispatched using a professional courier. Delivery costs are calculated at the time of your order based on location and order size — we'll confirm the cost before anything is locked in.All orders are packed with care. We use appropriate insulated or protective packaging for temperature-sensitive products to make sure everything arrives the way it should.Freshness & handling
Our products are made fresh, to order. Once delivered, storage instructions will be included with your order. As a general guide: chocolates store best in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Slices and cakes should be refrigerated and consumed within the timeframe noted on your packaging.Returns & refunds
Because everything is made fresh and to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via Email, Instagram or WhatsApp with a photo and we'll make it right.
